UM6P Joint supervision of thesis
The Joint supervision of thesis refers to the procedure that aims to promote the mobility of doctoral students through scientific cooperation between Moroccan and foreign research teams. In other words, it is a procedure that aims to organize the preparation and defense of the thesis as well as the delivery of the doctoral degree between two higher education institutions.It also aims to broaden the international visibility of doctoral studies and to exchange experiences and knowledge. The co-tutored PhD carries out his work under the supervision of a thesis director in each of the two countries in question. At this level, the two thesis directors commit themselves to fully exercise the competence of tutor to the doctoral student; their functions are then carried out jointly. To carry out his research work, the student must prepare his thesis in the two countries of the Joint supervision according to the terms established in an agreement.
