The University Habilitation, also known as Habilitation to Direct Research (HU), acknowledges the exceptional academic achievements of a teacher-researcher and the innovative nature of their research methodology in various scientific fields such as exact sciences, humanities, social sciences, and economics. This diploma serves as a testament to the individual's research strategy proficiency and their capacity to guide young researchers and oversee doctoral theses.
